What’s New in Workforce Manager – 27th April 2025 🚀
AI-Powered Certificate Uploads
We’ve upgraded our certificate upload system with powerful AI! It’s now much better at detecting and matching text on certificates, making qualification management faster, more accurate, and easier than ever.
Event Attendee Notifications
Stay connected! When you add people to events, they’ll automatically receive an email notification—provided they have a user account (Workpass profile) set up. Plus, timely reminder emails will be sent 7 days, 2 days, and 1 day before the event, keeping everyone on track without extra admin effort.
Advanced Matrix Filtering
Matrix management just got a major upgrade! You can now filter by multiple roles at once. We’ve also given the matrix a fresh new look to make navigation easier and faster.
Opt-Out for Requirements
You can now easily exempt individuals from specific training requirements directly from the training matrix. Just click on a cell and select “Add Exemption” — no need to create extra roles for minor differences!
Smarter E-Learning Tracking
E-learning has been enhanced! We now track course progress as a percentage (where supported), giving you clearer insights into how learners are advancing — not just whether they’ve started.
